One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I drove with a friend into the Minnesota country to go apple picking. We were a couple hours outside of the city driving on a road in the middle of corn fields. Out of nowhere, we saw a pet store on the side of the road with a giant sign that read "WE HAVE BEARDED DRAGONS." We pulled over to check it out. The bearded dragons were kind of a disappointment-- they turned out to be just pretty normal looking lizards. BUT the store was full of cats roaming around everywhere: sitting all over the shelves, on the counter tops, lying all over the floors, etc. I counted 23 different cats in total. It was one of the most bizarre places I've ever been.
