About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to travel and gain as much world experience as possible. I woud also love to act professionally anywhere in the world (but probably in the US.) (Just to clear I do not desire fame.)
ABOUT ME
I am a outgoing person who loves to talk, meet new people, and explore. Attitude is everything, and I firmly believe you can have a good time almost anywhere whether it be out on the town or inside just relaxing.
I prefer to explore the local culture. Seeing a city with someone who lives there is the best way to travel. I love local food, art, and music anywhere I can find it, and I'm always looking for ti.
I am also a performer who loves to participate in artistic theatre and film.
PHILOSOPHY
Live and let live.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have traveled little and hosted not at all. I wasn't in a desirable place to host, but now look forward to hosting in Minneapolis.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I met some couch surfers and their host, and I have become extremely interested in surfing. As a host I would be willing to show anyone around my town, although I´m not sure how much there is to do. Please send me a request if you are in the Minneapolis area.
Interests
Being a performer I love live theatre and music. Concerts, plays, movies, and art are some of my passions. I also enjoy drawing, writing, and traveling (obviously.) I love food; there are few things I will not try or taste. As a Wisconsinite, I love beer and will almost always order a local brew.
I read, write, draw, act, and am life sized.
I have a casual interest in history and economics especially when I can see it for myself.
Lastly, I love nature, hiking, and biking and consider natural wonders to be the most amazing travel destinations.

Music, Movies, and Books
So many...
Reading: The Fall, Camus
The Song of Ice and Fire, George RR Martin
The Pillowman, Martin McDoughna
The Skin of Our Teeth, Thorton Wilder
Consider the Lobster, David Foster Wallace
Mother Courage, Bertolt Brecht
Movies:
Movies must either make me think or help me avoid it by laughing. Having said that I love everything from Zoolander to Foreign films.
Usually anything from Paul Thomas Anderson or David Fincher works for me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most memorable experiences in my life happened this past summer (2012). I went to a mountain valley in Rize, Turkey to see a huge waterfall and a mountain farming valley. This was shortly after seeing a bull festival that felt like a Turkish rodeo (no animals were harmed.)
I also did some backpacking in Utah around Arches and Cannonlands National Parks. While in arches I watched a sunset with my father as we looked out over a sage brush desert. It was an amazing picture as we saw the light of the sun illuminating the red arched rocks behind us on the top of a cliff. I will always remember that day.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to be comfortable in your own skin. I could teach you some basic biology and share some of my favorite authors and playwrights.
I can teach you how to beat box, but it is going to sound terrible initially.
