ABOUT ME
I would describe myself as easy-going.
I also enjoy candlelit dinners and long walks on the beach...
PHILOSOPHY
Be cool, be nice, help a neighbor in need, feed stray animals, and get out of the house.
It's good to be uncomfortable at times, it's a good way to learn how to deal with certain situations and how to become more open minded. We can't be comfortable all the time anyways.
And that's all I have to say about that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Experiences and memories are made by people and places. When you travel and stay with someone who knows their place well, their insight and hospitality is what you will remember.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed in Europe and in Canada, they have both been amazing experiences. Unfortunately not many travelers pass through Alabama so hosting isn't something that happens often.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was able to live in Cairo for five years during my pre-teen years, the city was like a playground. I lived in Argentina as well for two years in high school which were incredible. There's a lot you can do abroad that you can't do in the states.
I was able to visit Egypt six months after the first revolution, the country was wild and still celebrating like crazy. As we drove around town we noticed no police, no tourists, burned out buildings, and charred cars along the streets. Most people were in the best mood though. It was bizarre and amazing at the same time.
