Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why stay in an impersonal hotel when you have the opportunity to meet people who are willing to share their places? It's all based on a very simple idea of giving and taking without asking for too much.
To be honest I don't really like the direction this website is taking (too commercial and unifying) but I still think it provides a good opportunity to meet different and interesting people.

Interests

Trying to be creative (filming, editing, writing).
Going to a lot of concerts.
The absurd.
Watching people and animals (and clouds, rain, etc.).
Leaving the city each winter to work in rural places.
Not taking life too serious.

Music, Movies, and Books

It changes too often to name something. I like the unpredictable, transitional, uncompromising, honest, improvised, unfinished, unspectacular, simple etc. I like japanese art.
