COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've surfed minimally so far, but I'm looking forward to more. I've found Couchsurfing to be an incredible way to learn about a new place from a local's perspective, I love it!
Interests
Backpacking, trail running, climbing, skiing, just about anything outside, photography, exploring new cities. I also love reading, writing, and savoring a cup of coffee.

Backpacked 200 miles through the North California Sierra Nevada Mountains in 11 days during the summer of 2015 (Sierra High Route)

I love sharing my interest in the outdoors, backpacking, climbing, skiing. I also enjoy figuring out how things work and trying to improve them, working on cars and bikes, little projects, etc. I'm an engineer, and can often be found nerding out on spreadsheets...
What I Can Share with Hosts
Conversation, stories of travel, climbing and mountaineering info. I also love sharing a beer or some coffee, and talking about where I'm from, where I've been, and where I'd love to go!
