Love to travel and meet new people! I spend most of the year on the road with my profession, so I figured I give the legendary CS project a try!

ABOUT ME

I am a touring entertainer who quit his cushy production job at a major studio to pursue his personal endeavors full-time - and is now traveling the world!

These days, I mostly travel solo and spend lots of nights in random hotels. The other day, I told my magic assistant (she's the pretty girl who appears & disappears in and out of boxes!) that it gets a bit too quiet when I'm traveling so much, then I realized, "DUH! Give that CS thing a try and go out and meet some folks!"

PHILOSOPHY

I recently quit all my other jobs to pursue my career full time. Consequently, my philosophies are changing every day! However, I do believe of the adage of, "Do onto others...". There are so many different cultures out there, and one has to keep an open mind to participate and be enriched by them all!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a total of one experience so far, where I met a couple in Norfolk, VA. They are two of my best friends now.

Interests

Movies - I love watching them, I love making them, I love being in them!

Travel - The biggest benefit to what I do! I've danced with Iranians, drank vodka with Russians, eaten enough food til I passed out with Filipinos... there is so much to learn from every culture out there!

Magic - When people laugh and gasp at my work, I feel that in every fiber of my being. Making adults into kids again is a trip!

Cooking - I love food. A few years ago, I started learning how to cook. It's like a zen when I'm between the stove and the cutting board.

Music, Movies, and Books

Nolan's Batman Trilogy, The Indiana Jones Trilogy, Wall-E, Up, Up in the Air, oh wow, I'm a HUGE movie lover, so there isn't enough time to name them all!

I listen to a lot of music while I travel, and Pandora is my best friend. Right now, I'm into unsigned artists and indie bands. Billy Joel and Elton John are living gods. I have a knack for naming movie soundtracks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I get to see and meet some of the most amazing people and participate in the most wonderful of cultures! One story is, during my travels with my magic, I actually got in a rowboat, and rowed to and stood on a glacier up in Alaska!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you an easy-to-learn magic trick, and you can fool your nieces, nephews, and/or your friends for free beer! ;)
