ABOUT ME

I am currently studying to become a nurse. I chose to add an additional year to the traditional 4 year program to study abroad and finish a 2nd degree of "Foreign Language and International Studies."

I have studied Spanish for 8 years now, and I love discovering new things about different cultures, especially any of the Spanish-speaking cultures.

I'd really like to be able to use my Spanish conversation in day-to-day practice in the United Sates once I become a nurse. It is vastly becoming one of the most spoken languages, and since my time abroad, I've realized how important communication is.

Apart from my studies, I really just like to experience culture, try new things, and meet new people.

PHILOSOPHY

I am learning to live day by day, sometimes hour by hour, taking things in stride and enjoying the opportunities I have.

I am really not a fanatic of any particular movie, but I do enjoy watching them, any genre or style.

Music is the same...depending on the mood, I like a little of everything.

Books...unfortunately, I can't remember the last time I read for fun...Nursing school books are running my life right now.
