ABOUT ME

I like to party, provided it has good music and good company; I like to meet people from all around the world, especially to know different ways of life. I think it can open my mind to respect and to tolerate other life styles and for me to know that I can change my own way of life... My interests nowadays are (briefly): meditation (Zazen, Vipassana and other methods), yoga, healthy diet (I do love junkie food, such as pizza (!!!), but I like eating healthy food and since the end of 2016 I am not eating meet, so I like learning vegetarian recipes), natural cosmetics, running, cinema, camping, trekking, beach, tasting craft beer etc.

I can share my experiences on WWOOFing, Vipassana meditation, teach you some Portuguese, natural cosmetics, the best banana pancake and a coffee smoothie in the morning!
