Overview
About Me
Musician. Traveler. From Buenos Aires, Argentina (AR).
But I also sport the Italian passport - because on my mother's side I'm completely Italian descended (pretty much like everyone in AR). Grandparents hailing from Basilicata, Lazio, Liguria and Piemonte.
Can't speak IT though :-(
I've spent a whole year backpacking around Germany (and neighbouring countries) and in May 2018 I finally settled down in Essen, NRW (DE). That's where I live now. If you send me a request, please include 'nrwcs' in your message. thanks.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
So, why am I away?
It's been hard for me to achieve becoming a full time musician in my home country, Argentina, that's why I chose to relocate in Europe, because of it's rich and long-lived music scene and tradition.
Arrived first May 2017. Kicked off with a brief stay in Madrid. Then straight on Germany. Thanks to Workaway hosts I've been to Frankfurt, Bebra, Halle, Titisee-Neustadt, Konstanz, Potsdam, Rathenow, Berlin and the Ruhrgebiet. During which time I could also visit Mainz, Wiesbaden, Braunfels, Limburg, Rotenburg (Fulda), Bad-Hersfeld, Eisenach, Leipzig, Dessau, Weimar, Freiburg, Schluchsee, Geltow, Spandau, Düsseldorf, Köln... and many many many more.
Being around, I ceased the opportunity to visit neighbouring countries as well, namely Austria, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands.
---
As I first planned and started this trip, I knew it would be life-changing, but I was thinking about it in a more material way, simply trying to pursue higher life standards in Europe.
It's almost three years away now and this whole journey/relocation thing revealed itself to me as a spiritual quest.
Being alone on the road + living on my own in a foreign country + interacting with so many new friends:
this all led to reconnect with and re-discover what really matters in life. I'm very happy to feel this way, and to realize once more about the true meaning of simple things, just living, enjoying, meeting nice people - people really matter! Money comes and goes. And life is short... I want friends, not a fat wallet - (skinny in my case anyway, hahah!)
I wish to travel on like this all my life. Or as long as I can. Or as long as it should be.
Now I'm fully living in Germany, true. But the journey continues. ;-)
Peace. Love :-)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music? All kinds of music, just love any style. To be more precise, mostly rock, heavy metal, classical, jazz, "ethnic", world music; and yes: Argentinian (tango and folklore music). Bach, unbedingt.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Paragliding
Y preparé un asado como para treinta personas. Siendo yo vegetariano (en ese momento).
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I can read/play/teach music, no doubt. That's the best I can share. My sincerity, and humbleness. And I love Spanish, English and language exchange in general. I love helping Spanish learners. Please, if you send me a request, include "es de en" in your message. And I can also give some insights on South America through any story I can share of my years living in different parts of Argentina and in Bolivia.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have been told to be very personal, and I feel comfortable and confident with people. I consider myself a good-hearted, willful person.
