Overview
About Me
Hi! We are Sasha and Hu, a dynamic duo from Spain. We’ve known in Spain and love exploring new places, meeting new people, and immersing ourselves in different cultures. We believe in making the most out of every moment and are excited to share our adventure road trip driving from Spain to Noway with the Couchsurfing community. Please follow our introductions.
---About Sasha:
I’m Chinese-Spanish and have lived in Spain for 15 years. Currently, I’m a PhD student in finance and accounting. I’m also a professional rock climber and an outdoor sports enthusiast. Cooking is another passion of mine, and I love to mix multicultural cooking styles. I’m particularly skilled at making dumplings 🥟 , a skill I’d love to share with our hosts or guests, along with other Chinese and Spanish dishes.
---About Hu:
My lifelong dream has been to travel around the world since I was very young. I've been living in Valencia, Spain, for ten years now. I'm a theatrical actor and a presenter on public television, hosting two tourism programs. Many people say I know Valencia better than most locals. I've been a teacher of Chinese culture and Mandarin for years, so if you're interested in both cultures, we can talk endlessly. I'm passionate about cooking and eager to learn recipes from all over the world. I'll gladly teach you or cook anything I know.🎏🍜

I write and read, always on the road. Either the mind or the feet 👣
Toco guitarra y canto, es mi manera de aprender las pronunciaciones de una idioma nueva.
Cocino y paseo por los mercados locales, es la manera más directa de conocer una tierra y su gente.

Music, Movies, and Books
I play the guitar and enjoy learning music from different regions. Currently, I'm learning Cant D'estil in Valencian. One day, I'll release an album.💿 🎸

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 17, I hitchhiked alone to Tibet with little money and no preparation. In those two months, my life changed. I gained confidence in myself, realizing that it's possible to go from a small town in southern China to see this big and wonderful world. 🌍
Thanks to life.🙏🏻
