About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the world, little by little. Make as many friends as possible around the world. After living in Madrid for two years I am back in New York permanently.

ABOUT ME

New Yorker, grew up and live in Queens. Work in Manhattan. Just moved to a new place in Sunnyside, Queens and I'm able to host again!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think it´s a really cool community and a great way to meet locals around the world, it´s not the same as staying at a hostel or hotel as a tourist than having someone show you the little spots in town. Also, you get to make new friends who you might run into in the future in other parts of the world. The world is very small...

Interests

I love futbol, the beach, museums, cooking, beer, nature, hiking, extreme sports, etc. I'll try anything! I am very allergic to nature but it has never stopped me haha.

I like bars and trying out new drinks and foods, I love spicy food in particular. I am an Atletico Madrid fan. Other than that, just feel free to ask.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to music all day long, and my taste varies from Ella Fitzgerald to the XX to Nirvana. I can also listen to Florence Welsh all day long... and Lana Del Rey, even if she can´t really sing.

I also like books, mainly fiction, about extraordinary yet everyday occurences... such as The Virgin Suicides, Middlesex, Running with Scissors, or The Kite Runner.

My tv shows taste range from Game of Thrones to RuPaul´s Drag Race. Also, the first season of Heroes was amazing even if it was terrible afterwards.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent the night in the Sahara desert.
Skydiving off Long Island.
Sand surfing in the Ica desert.

I guess that´s three?

What I Can Share with Hosts

My cooking skills, some Spanish or English conversation, tips on visiting Madrid, or Lima, or New York. Jokes. Random science facts. Wine. :)

Countries I’ve Lived In

Peru, Spain, United States
