I was living and working in Calgary Alberta for 12 years in supply chain / project management. But for a very long time, wanted a different experience - to travel, learn new skills and explore many beautiful countries. So, several years ago I left my job, rented my home in Canada, sold my car, and packed my bag for new experiences! After some time adventure-traveling, I settled in Peru, and have been there now for a few years, but I still travel and work internationally.

I love learning & am a health & wellness warrior and advocate! I am a writer, teacher, cook, international lecturer and specialize working with clients to release trauma and stress from their mental, physical, and energetic bodies (through EFT, TRE, Reiki, Sacred Dance, & other modalities). If I am not chatting with everyone, I can be found in my two favourite places - in the kitchen, or behind a book!! I am very social and love interesting conversation - usually with a cup of tea in one hand and surrounded by food, laughter and friends.

I want to learn more about other countries and regions specialty dishes and learn how to cook from locals. I have a few favourite recipes I could share with you too.

I like to be active but like NEED the grounding of my yoga and meditation practice to keep me in balance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I find it amazing when I arrive at a new location or activity as planned, but find it soul-fulfilling when I get purposefully lost, or pleasantly distracted along the way.

Also my dog & I spent a month in the remote Amazon jungle with a traditional tribe learning about plants and their cultural and spiritual traditions.
