Hola a tod@s, soy Juanjo, estudiante de biología y viajero.
Como biólogo me siento facinado por la naturaleza y por conocerla lo máximo posible, es por esto que también me gusta mucho viajar. Una de mis metas es conocer diferentes culturas, lugares, personas... Creo que así es como en realidad voy a poder entender un poco como se mueve el mundo.
Soy alguien social, me gusta hablar con los demás, compartir historias de vida y salir de fiesta, y a la vez también disfruto una reunión de amigos en casa, ver películas... Ahora que lo digo el cine es uno de mis mayores gustos, quisiera aprender sobre ello mucho más.
Me gustan los deportes de agua, entrené natación algunos años, pero lo que en realidad me apasiona es bucear, te hace desconectar de todo, además ver el mundo subacuático es algo indescriptible.
Me gusta también mucho escuchar música, el indie, reggae, y techno son mis géneros favoritos.
También, me gusta mucho aprender nuevos idiomas, así es posible comunicarse con más gente, crear nuevas relaciones y crecer personalmente.

Hello everyone, I'm Juanjo, a biology student and traveler.
As a biologist I feel a great interest, respect and intrigue for nature and to know it as much as possible, which is why I also like to travel a lot, but I am just beginning in my traveling adventures. One of my personal goals is to get to know as many different cultures, places, and people as I can, but to know them well. I think that's how I'm really going to understand how the world moves.
I'm a social person I like to speak with others, share life stories and partying, but I also like quiet plans: a meeting with friends at home, family reunions, watching movies... Now that I say that, cinema is one of my biggest hobbies, I would like to learn about it much more.
I like to play sports, especially water sports, I used to swim for a few years, but what I really love is skin and scubadiving, it makes you disconnect from everything, besides seeing the underwater world is something indescribable, unbelievable.
I also like listening to music a lot. Indie, reggae, electronic and alternative rock are my favorites. I prefer it in English, but in Spanish and Portuguese there is also really good music.
Learning new langueages is something that I like, I want to speak as many as I can, communicating with people is a way to grow as a person and to create new relationships.

It is difficult to describe oneself, but in summary I would say that I am someone social, adventurous, curious, with a good sense of humor and a little crazy when I feel confident. If I look like someone with whom you would share your time and home, it will be amazing.

Why wouldn't I be here if I have the chance to meet new people, new places and to make memories that last for a lifetime? I'm in the last days of an academic exchange in Chile so I want to make the most of it, and to get to know the beautiful landscapes of this country, so if you want to have some crazy funny days with me I'll be really excited.

Music, Movies, and Books

Soy de ese tipo de personas que tengo periodos de tiempo en que solo escucho un género y después cambio del todo.
Las películas son la manera perfecta de pasar una tarde de pereza en casa, o de desconectar después de un día por fuera. Es uno de mis hobbies, entonces puedo compartir algunas de mis películas favoritas contigo.

I'm that kind of person who listens different genres along the year. I really like indie, electronic music, reggae, alternative rock, and of course, the classics from the 70s, 80s and 90s are always there.

Movies are the best way to spend a lazy afternoon at home, or to disconnect from the world after a day outside home. It's one of my hobbies so I can share some of my favourite movies with you.
