About Me

Since I finished my studies in December 2015, I've been moving quite a lot between places. I first moved to Australia in 2016, where I lived and worked in Bondi Beach, Sydney, for 1 year. It was the best year of my life until last year, when I moved to Byron Bay in March 2018, where I discovered and enjoyed its lifestyle for almost one year as well, with my second Working Holiday Visa.

Life there is just amazing. The place is magic, surrounded by nature, beaches and good vibes. My days were just about surfing in the morning, as there are always good quality ways somewhere around, practising Yoga, working Monday to Fridays and hanging with friends every single day. I met so many beautiful people from all over the world, lived and shared houses with different kind of housemates, all of them really good friends now with which we're still in touch, and learnt a lot about other cultures and how similar all of us are in the end.

About me?

I consider myself a cheerful, simple, sociable and pretty balanced person, who prefers day to nightlife specially because surfing is what I most enjoy in life, but also enjoys partying big time from time to time. I do really like going out for a beer (I love craft beer!) or dinner, or even hanging at home with friends. I enjoy hosting people at home whenever I can and preparing those massive meals for everybody. I'm adaptable, easy going and resolutive. I'm tidy and clean but not obsessive. I always clean my shit right after cooking and staff, do my part in home cleaning and believe in sharing the washing machine. I try to do my bed everyday, but doesn't always happen. I don't iron my clothes unless it's really necessary (basically, just the shirts for the office).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I like meeting people and making new friends from all around the globe, and because I believe the best way of visiting and getting to know the best of each place is by meeting the locals.
