Hi! I am Juan from Venezuela (AKA north south-america) doing PhD studies in Grenoble, the capital of the french alps. My work is about mobile devices, like your smartphone, that can deform things out of the screen! sounds like sci-fi, right? I try to laugh as much as I can per day :P

Well I'm new trying this so looking for new experiences!

Centres d'intérêt

I like spending my free time playing my guitars. I love making and listening to music. If you have musical instruments, we can do some jamming! I also try to sing but I still working on it haha. I love karaoke though!

I am also big fan of medieval novels. Lord of the rings and Game of thrones fan here!
I like playing games as well, both board and video games.

I enjoy practicing board-riding sports! I do skateboarding and I like to do surf and snowboarding whenever I can.

I also love traveling, particularly discovering beautiful landscapes and different cultures. I like to see how people live, their customs, the local architecture and the food! however, I will always have a preference for places near the coast with sand beaches :)

Due to the situation of my country I have been dragged into political discussions, so if you like to discuss about politics, it is ok for me. That been said, if you are curious about what is going on in Venezuela, I can happily explain you that complex situation.

I can teach/practice spanish (with a nice venezuelan accent ;) ) or english with you. I also know some french.
I can teach you some basics about the guitar as well!
I am quite knowledgeable about "futuristic" technologies on mobile devices and how people use them.
I can cook some venezuelan AWESOME typical dishes :)
I like discussing about things in general, I like to analyse and understand how things work.
I also like to share life experiences.
