ABOUT ME

It´s really difficult to talk about oneself but it´s really useful to know some things when you have to send a request to someone. Reading a personal description really help me to choose, and that´s why I want to tell that I was born in Madrid and I have been living there all my life. I´ve travelled across many places in Spain but in last years I haven´t missed a chance to visit other countries.A good reason to make a trip are music festivals, because I can´t live without live music. I´d like every people I know from CS to make me discover a new band from his own country. As I´m studying architecture during the winter, I´m very busy and spend most of my free time watching movies, partying with friends, playing table tennis(the best sport in the world)I have lived until 23 in Madrid and now I´m in my erasmus year in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I have moved here since September and I will spend the whole academic year, until july.Why I chose Ljubljana:After living all my life in Madrid, actually far from downtown, I was looking for a city where every places were closer than in Madrid, by walking, or even better... by bike. I still haven´t got my own bike, so just for the moment use the public bikes, and I love it.Slovenia is a small country and has borders with Italia, Croatia, Austria and Hungary, do you know what does it mean? Yesssss, international trips.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Some friends started me in couchsurfing. Thanks to them, I´ve known people who have been at their house for several days. When new people come at their house I try to visit the city and have dinner or lunch with all of them. Usually in summer a lot of people wrote me just to drink a coffe and visit the city but unfortunately I didn´t stay too much time in the city. However I had the oportunity to meet a couple of amazing people.Now, I´m living in Ljubljana and I finally have the chance of host people. I was really looking forward to host someone because I felt that I need to give it back. I´m really grateful to those people who host me once in the past.

Interesses

When I visit a city, I try to travel through it on foot, with the purpose of discovering it from top to toe. I´m not only interested in tourist places, sometimes I go far away from downtown to see parks, public spaces, different streets, residential and comercial areas and so on. I like to see how people live in different countries, maybe in this way I´ll discover how to live tomorrow.Sports are always present in my way of life. If I have to choose a favourite sport it will be table tennis, but the truth is that I´m not a great supporter of any sport. I like to do sport to be fit, to enjoy with the mates and play to get tired to enjoy even more the water and the sleeping time.
