À propos de moi
(About us ): We are travel enthusiasts from India currently living in Dubai… A fun loving couple who crave adventure and excitement and welcome change with open arms. Lovers of freedom, fair-minded, honest and intellectual. Incredibly open minded and non judge-mental and always down to do something cultural or intellectual, even if it is weird or avant-garde or requires us to travel to the other side of town. We love pets and dogs are always our weakness. We like meeting new people and knowing more about differently cultures .

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
We both love diving into stories... whether it's through a song, a movie, or a good book…
Our music taste is pretty eclectic. You'll find us listening to A.R. Rahman, Arjit Singh, Coldplay, The Chainsmokers, Lana Del Rey, and even some lesser-known gems like Trusynfryd. We're always happy to swap playlists!
When it comes to movies, we're huge fans of directors like Christopher Nolan, Martin Scorsese, and Quentin Tarantino. We also watch a ton of regional Indian films, especially Malayalam cinema-some incredible storytelling there, and we'd love to recommend a few...
Our all-time favorite movies are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The holiday, The Shawshank redemption, The Prestige, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Saving Private Ryan and a lot more ... Manu's also hooked on Korean dramas and films which I'm not a big fan of ..😬Books are a big part of our lives too. Manu enjoys fiction and storytelling, while I lean more toward non-fiction, philosophy, and spirituality. Some of my favorite reads are The Almanack of Naval Ravikant, Atomic Habits, Ikigai, and Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. We both love exploring deeper themes through epics like the Mahabharata and Ramayana, and we're quite drawn to the spiritual side of life . Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss really resonated with us, and we both admire Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse…
We're always up for a good conversation and we love sharing ideas, swapping book or movie recommendations, and diving into deep conversations about life, purpose, and stories that move us...😀😀
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Letting strangers into our home... which sounded a bit crazy at first, but it's been amazing... and loving it! Who knew that opening the door to a traveler could also open the door to so many fun and unforgettable moments?
We've met some amazing people... made some good friends, shared good food, funny stories, and made some pretty great memories along the way.😀
Enseignez, apprenez, partagez
Hospitality is our vibe, and we’ve been lucky to meet some truly wonderful people through Couchsurfing. We love hosting and are always happy to share our space and time with openminded travelers who are genuine and eager to exchange experiences… We’re happy to teach you how to cook a few South Indian dishes, eat with your hands (only if you haven’t mastered it yet!), or even share some bits of yoga if time permits. We enjoy sharing music, chai, laughter, and honest conversations … We’re always curious to learn about your country, culture, your version of “home,” your favorite local food, or even how to say a few words in your language. 😀
If you’re just looking to take advantage of kind hosts, this probably isn’t the place for you. We prefer to open our doors to guests who bring good energy, real stories, and mutual respect.
Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
We're super easy to get along with and always happy to help out however we can, like grab some groceries, cooking an Indian meal, teach some Yoga or just being respectful guests. We keep things clean, chill, and really appreciate any space we're offered. We love good conversations, swapping travel stories, or just hanging out if you're up for it. If not, no worries ... we're cool doing our own thing too. We don't need much... just a spot to crash and maybe a bit of your time. We always come with good vibes, open minds, and a big thank you! 🙏
