ABOUT ME

Half Irish and half Scottish (I got the best of both worlds ;) I spent most of my childhood and teenage years growing up on the move (No, my parents weren't bank robbers lol) in places like Cyprus, Germany, Wales and England. My dad was in the army.

Writing, reading and travelling are now my main passions in life, but I also love outdoor sports too from Rugby and Hiking to Tennis and Boxing and Football. Yoga, meditation and cooking are also on my passion list.

My main inspiration for writing today comes from living in such a beautiful, Gothic, haunting and awe-inspiring city like Glasgow. This charming wee city has given me so much amazing inspiration to live my life the way I wish to live it.

PHILOSOPHY

If you never ask then you never get and the answer is always no. Life is short. Do what you want and do it now. Who wants to be old and miserable and reminiscing about a forgotten past and a life filled with regrets and broken dreams about all the things you could have done but never really bothered your arse doing when you had the chance. Some people never let go and just do something crazy sometimes. What truly horrible lives they must lead.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Able to host a couple of times a month when I'm not traveling. Don't mind doing the tour guide duties for people who just want to hang out and get to know this beautiful city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Has been completely and utterly positive. Met and stayed with some really awesome, interesting, fun and inspiring people from all over the World and loved every minute of it.
