Hello Everyone!

I'm currently an English Language Assistant in Nîmes. I come from Canada and am so excited to be in France!

I recently graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors degree in English and Political Science. I decided to take a year off before pursuing my studies in law. So far this experience has been amazing and I've meet such wonderful people in France. I have really enjoyed working with my colleagues and my students.

Before coming to France I travelled to many places with my family. I really enjoyed this experience and loved discovering new places and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a friend who always raves about Couchsurfing. She has couchsurfed in various places that she has visited and has had a great time interacting with the hosts and experiencing the city through their eyes. I enjoyed hearing about her experience so much that I decided to join the couchsurfing community and try it out for myself. I'm a bit nervous but excited for this experience.
