About Me

CURRENT MISSION

enjoy the moments and embrace the opportunities

ABOUT ME

I started with Couchsurfing many years ago because I like to travel and meet new friends. I love to listen to the stories of people and tell some of my experiences too.
I lived for eleven years in Germany, currently I live in Punta Arenas, the last large city of Chile in Patagonia. I'm a palaeontologist and I work at the university teaching and researching. Most of my time I work because is my hobby ;-) and I spend a lot of time on fieldwork, sometimes large expeditions for a month in glaciers and also traveling for conferences.
In Punta Arenas, I live with my husband Esteban and our two cats. My husband is a Forestal Engineer, and what he most loves to do is kayaking, therefore I'm also learning kayak techniques and trying to include the kayak on my paleontological expeditions.

, PHILOSOPHY

Since a couple of good friends passed away, I started to live life and complete the things that I always wanted to do, especially to be grateful with myself, my body, and my friends and to be living wonderful experiences in this life and feeling a lot of love.
