About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Taking on the challenges that cross my path. especially if it s colorfull and funny.
ABOUT ME
I am a sweet girl who likes many different things and from time to time I want something special, out off the ordinary and new. Otherwise I am a quiet observer who lets everyone in peace and now and then I have an urge to do something really amazing. People tend to say I am funny and a good listener. I suppose they could be right
PHILOSOPHY
Learn. Watch. Remember. Be polite and patient. And in between have some great fun.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am very curious about meeting new people. I have a rather large house so plenty of room that need to be used in an responsible way. I think this is the upper best solution.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Not yet, Only heard excellent stories so far. Time to create mine.
Interests
I like lots of things. But mainly food. I always need to try out new stuff when eating out. And when I am on holidays, to me, the best way to learn about a culture and a country is to try all its wonderfull food and let me be dazzeld by the new tastes and combinations my pallet gets struck by.

Music, Movies, and Books
My absolute all time favorite movie is Old Joy. Though there are many other excellent films made in this world, like Casablanca or even The Incredibles
Music: well, I like a lot of styles but apperently most of the albums I actually bought are indie.
Books. Right now I m reading Jonathan Safran Foer's Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close. I like his style. I like Murakami, I like Gabriel Garcia Marquez, I like Amos Oz, I like Janet Evanovich, I like Marian Keyes, I like Alessandro Barricco, ... I like a lot of things
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I few concerts I went to were absolutely amazing, though this happend some time ago.
I m proud of the (few) hikes I ve done in New Zealand.
And I m not shy to say that I am able to travel on my own through Guatemala for instance.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have no special skills but I work in psychiatry so I d say I am able to show respect for every one's troubles and have a healty way of putting things in perspective.
Practically, I know how to use a sewing machine and lately I m doing more and more repairs for friends and friends of friends.
