ABOUT ME

I'm continuously working towards making this world a better place. I'm currently increasing my skills in Geographic Information Systems while working as an Operations and Volunteer Manager with a non-profit. I absolutely love maps, conserving the environment, working for a cause and traveling. I like spending my days hiking in the mountains, SUP boarding on the river, visiting different waterfalls around Oregon, training for the next half/ full marathon or taking a day ride on my motorcycle. I'm a total nomad by nature, but after living in Portland, Oregon I can happily admit that I have finally started setting down roots. Portland just gets me ;)

I LOVE being outside in nature, but I equally love just wandering around busy cities. I like to spend most of my time outside during the summers. My current goal is to go moto-camping with my partner to the mountains and hopefully, in the future, we can take a moto-trip to Nepal.

I listen to all sorts of music. I'm always interesting in being introduced to new artists. My favorite artists would have to be Cat Empire, Ellie Goulding, Alt-J, Florence + The Machine, Xavier Rudd and Shakira.

My favorite types of books are travel memoirs or biographies. Currently my favorite books are Long Way Down, Tracks, and The Lost Girls. Books I will forever love are 100 Years of Solitude, Unruly Places, and After You.

There is nothing better than the Secret Life of Walter Mitty, as my favorite movie or anything with Charlize Theron because she is the ultimate Queen!
