I did Couchsurfing many years ago and every time it was a story you will remember and telling your grandchild’s of it. After Couchsurfing you have friends all over the world :)
The last years it has fallen asleep a bit, but now I want to take it up again with my friend Martin.

ABOUT US

You can have much of fun with us. But in general we are balanced :) We would love to meet and stay with locals on our journeys to get to know their culture and customs. Another thing we like very much is nature.

We love travelling whenever we have time and money. Now we want to try to be also good hosts :) At the moment we still live in two separate apartments and can offer you many possibilites to sleep^^ If we have time we will try to give you a sleeping place or just some tips what you can or should do in Dresden.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing gives you the opportunity to get to know the country and its people. Even if it’s just a beer with somebody, you always get more exciting experiences than in a hotel :) Additionally we want to improve our English skills. If you only speak German you unfortunately forget most of your English.

ENGLISH LEVEL: good enough to have conversation, but it's not as fluent as I wish it to be. But like I always say, the best way to learn it, is to practice it :)

Interests

I (Judy) love taking pictures on my journeys and share them with my friends and family. Besides traveling I like music, movies (especially Netflix... yes I’m a Netflixer^^) and great food. Martin loves cooking, so it's a pefect match :D At the moment I introduce him to the wild world of Netflix^^
Together we are spending time with friends, just chill and sometimes going out... in my case that means dancing the whole night long ;) Of course we do sport, but Martin much more than me. Especially on our travels we love to hike through bays and jungle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My 3 months trip to Bali, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand in 2012 was overwhelming!

After that backpacker tours and road trips to South Africa, India, Iceland and New Zealand were following.
