ABOUT ME

I was born in Taiwan, but I was brought up and educated in Thailand. I'm that third culture kid who grew up befriending people from different cultures, and thus developed a tolerance for our differences and appreciation for our similarities. You and I are so different, and yet so similar. And that's what I want to learn.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been surfing and meeting great people while I was in Europe for the past year. I'm now back in Taiwan, looking forward in seeing how the couchsurfing culture prospers here!

I have yet to own a DSLR, but I have a love for photography.

Dance is also another passion! I'm not great at it, but I've learned a bit jazz when I was younger. And I've been learning flamenco during the first two years of college, it was difficult to learn but I fell in love with it!

Cooking! I've an inexplicable, irresistible love and passion for food. Who doesn't!

I love movies, all of those that give me a good laugh or a good cry.

Some of my all-time favorites: A Beautiful Mind, The Legend of 1900, Catch me if you can, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Pulp Fiction, Billy Elliot, 3 Idiots, this could go on forever... But you get the picture :)

In terms of music, I listen to a variety of them, depending on my mood. But some of my favorite artists/bands are: Mindy Gledhill, Jason Mraz, Adele, Foster the People, Kings of Convenience, Jack Johnson, Maroon 5, Joanna Wang, Eason Chan

Biked 315km from Taipei to Taichung in a week, enjoying some of the most beautiful landscapes of East Coast, Taiwan.

New-found hobby: cooking! As long as I find the right ingredients, I may be able to make a few good dishes! Host me, and let's get cooking!
