ABOUT ME

Ensemble depuis plus de 13 ans, avec un enfant de 4 ans, tour à tour parisiens, puis habitants de Montreuil, une chatte de 12 ans, un appart agréable, bref, la belle vie.

We've been together for 13 years, with a 4YO child, a 12 YO cat, ex-parisians now living in Montreuil (really close to Paris), with a really nice appartment ! THe good life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Nous nous étions inscrit en prévision d'un voyage en Nouvelle Calédonie. Suite à l'excellente expérience là-bas, nous avons accueilli avec grand plaisir une dizaine de groupe de couchsurfer. Depuis, c'est notre mode privilégié de rencontre quand nous voyageons à l'étranger.

we suscribed in anticipation of a trip to New caledonia, and the amazing couchsurfing experience was an eye opener. We have since then hosted 10 groups of couch surfer, each time a really good experience. Couch surfing is our prefered way to meet people when traveling

Interests

Musique (de Nirvana à Radiohead), un peu de jazz pour l'un, de Patrick Bruel pour l'autre, grands fans de concerts et festivals ; Théâtre, expos, ballets (pour Stéph), séries TV pour Julien, ciné et TV de manière générale. Grands lecteurs tous les deux (l'un ne bosse pas dans l'édition pour rien, l'autre a beaucoup pratiqué en Khagne), la bonne bouffe (beaucoup !! :) ), le bon vin (beaucoup aussi), pas trop de sport (surtout pas trop), mais la rando ne nous fait pas peur, bien au contraire (mais est ce un sport ;) )

Et puis rencontrer des gens, deviser de tout et de rien, surtout autour d'un verre

From Nirvana to Radiohead, with a little jazz and pop music also, with love live music and big festivals. We enjoy theatre, movies, and eating in good restaurants. Julien is a TV show big fan :) and both Stéphanie and Julien are big readers.
Good wines, good restaurants, not too much exercise (walking in the mountain is OK :) !! ) but always new discoveries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

La nouvelle Zélande. La Nouvelle Calédonie (tellement qu'on envisage d'y vivre)
Notre plaisir de vivre en général. La modestie impose de s'arrêter là.

News Zealand. New Caledonia (we loved it so much we went twice, and are going to move there in a few years).

Teach, Learn, Share

Julien joue de la trompette (et de la flute à bec), peut parler et faire découvrir des séries TV pendant des heures, et aime à cuisiner et faire partager son amour de la nourriture du SUd ouest.
Stéphanie ne sait pas (elle y reviendra plus tard)

Julien play the trumpet (and recorder), can talk about tv show or rock music all night, and really like to cook (and is not that bad at it, or so Stéphanie thinks), especially "cuisine du sud ouest".
Stéphanie spend her life working on her doctorate thesis or with troubled adolescent, so... right now, she s quite busy. But she has a lot to talk about ! :)
