About Me
Hi I'm 31 years old and from Finland. I'm fluent in Finnish and English, OK in Swedish and just started to learn some Spanish. I'm a really big fan of solo traveling, but for some reason haven't done any couchsurfing yet.
I'm a doctor and doing my residency for anesthesiology and intensive care in Turku University hospital.
My hobbies focus around nature (trail running!!), traveling and combat sports (mainly MMA, SW and Muay Thai) but I'm always up for a beer and a pool game too :) On my travels I like things like surfing, scuba diving, sightseeing and making new friends. And chase sunsets of course!!
I work mainly during office hours but sometimes I'm on duty or on call on evenings and weekends as well. I prefer to take guests while I'm not working, so mainly weekends..but never say never..
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My next big trip will most likely head to South- and Central-America and I would love to try couchsurfing on that trip. I'm also always happy to meet new people and get new friends so why not be a host in Finland too. ( + Finland is so expensive country to travel, hope this will help someone to see more of Finland and our town Turku.)
