ABOUT ME

Love my job and the staff there. I get a kick out of it every day. But it's time to take a break. Professional trade: graphic designer/creative director. Amateur trades (though a few are at professional level): wine drinker, out of tune singer, stage hand, MC, iPad guitar player (very novice), listener and nodder, folk fest organiser, BBQ handler, radio jock, too intermittent a traveller, toast burner, cat wrangler.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Absolute beginner. Heading off on a little adventure and a friend suggested I give CS a try if I wanted a unique traveling experience. Looking forward to meeting some new people.

Design, Hiking, Camping, Music (folk, blues, acoustic, roots), Reading (Murakami for cerebral beltings and Jo Nesbo for some light entertainment), Food (eating it primarily but attempting to improve my cooking skills), Writing (just need to allocate more time to do it).

Loved the time I spent on the Overland Track in Tasmania's wilderness. I'll head back there soon.
