Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Mission: to travel far distances and learn from the people I meet along the way.
ABOUT ME
I'm wacky. I get out a lot. I probably spend more time walking than the average person, and I seem to have a lot of shoes. I love to dance, to camp, hike, cook, visit museums, shop for random tchotchkes, and of course, to eat.
I lead a fairly active lifestyle but I'm a slacker at heart, and I do love downtime on the couch watching the latest offering from Netflix. I usually spend my saturday nights on the dancefloor.
PHILOSOPHY
Be true to yourself, honor your parents, be kind to animals, and live for today.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted a good bunch while living in San Francisco, and I used CS to get acquainted with Seattle while I was looking for a place to live.
Interests
I cook a lot, ride my bike, go hiking & camping as much as possible. My summers are spent gardening and traveling. I want to learn to kayak.

Music, Movies, and Books
House, techno, breaks, lots of yummy electronic madness please. Movies - anything that sounds good in 5.1. Books... I like books. Please bring me some. Currently reading "kafka on the shore" which is the second Murakami novel I've loved. Also: Christopher Moore, Tom Robbins, Augusten Burroughs, David Sedaris, Edward Abbey, Chuck Pahlaniuk, and random short stories like the ones you read in The New Yorker.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got naked on top of Half-Dome after hiking all night.
