About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Laisser les bons temps rouler, as people say in Louisiana!

ABOUT ME

I'm a simple person... just trying to enjoy life!

PHILOSOPHY

Humanism above all!
I read this sentence somewhere, and I think it's true: "The world is like a book, and those who do not travel see only a page".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to discover the people of the countries I'm visiting... couchsurfing and hosting is a good way to do that!Group meetings are a good way to make new friends at home.I also like the concept of cooksurfing as I experienced it in Toulouse: learning from someone else how to cook a meal from another region, then have dinner together!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Thanks to my flatmates, we had couchsurfers at home.I also surfed when I travelled in New Zealand and England. It was really interesting each time, learning about people and their culture from everywhere in the world!Since that I took part in several events in Toulouse and that was great to enjoy this side of the couchsurfing philosophy!

Interests

People, their culture (particularly their vision of life, music, food...) ; be opened to the world and understand how it works...
Travelling, tramping*, listening to/playing music, reading, dancing, cooking, sharing a good meal and a good wine (I'm French!).

*kiwi word for hiking, of course!

Music, Movies, and Books

Everything started with Django :)Apart from that, pretty much all kind of music... as long as I don't find it boring! I love going to concerts and festivals.I like eclecticism and sharing movies, music or books with people.I also like playing music with my friends: our band is "Los de la Playa", I'm the flutist!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to New Zealand!

Teach, Learn, Share

As I said, learning about the people, their culture, their history... and share mine!

Countries I’ve Visited

Brazil, Canada, France, Ireland, Morocco, New Zealand, Peru, South Africa, Spain, Tunisia, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
