I am a total foodie, I love everything from growing food, to cooking and canning and of course eating. I enjoy different countries and the uncertainty of travelling- never knowing what is around the next corner.

Sailing from Panama to Columbia on a over 100-year-old sailboat.

The natural beauty of Iceland, the amount of rain in southern Chile and the kindness and serenity of Laos.
