About Me
"Please write down a characterisation of your whole personality." ...hmmm yeah, sure! Not a problem to do that in a few words...
But I will give it a try.
I am studying Northern European Cultures and History in Berlin and working besides at the Memorial and Museum of the former Concentration Camp Sachsenhausen.
Since last November I'm also a self-employed reader (editor and proofreader). One of the many reasons I chose that job was that I've always been into books! Give me one and I will read it!
Laughing is one of the best things that you can spend your time with and I really believe that trying to stay positive and having a smile on your face is so important for living your life in a "right" way (whoever decides what is "right" or "wrong").
I would describe myself as a funny (the ironic, sometimes sarcastic type of humor is one of my favourite ;)) lay-back but also critique person, who really loves to spend time with friends and get to know new people and places.
I live vegan and love to cook and bake - especially for other people! Oh yeah! And here we have one more thing: I like sharing! Interests, experiences, all kinds of things...
PHILOSOPHY
You cannot protect yourself from sadness without protecting yourself from happiness. - Jonathan Safran Foer
Dance like nobody's watching;
love like you've never been hurt.
Sing like nobody's listening;
live like it's heaven on earth... - Mark Twain
I like to see people reunited, I like to see people run to each other, I like the kissing and the crying, I like the impatience, the stories that the mouth can't tell fast enough, the ears that aren't big enough, the eyes that can't take in all of the change, I like the hugging, the bringing together, the end of missing someone. - Jonathan Safran Foer (Extremely Loud And Incredibly Close)
