About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My life goal is to live well and experience fully.
ABOUT ME
I am an outgoing (but quiet) American girl from Los Angeles, California. I am much more down-to-earth than the typical stereotype of LA - although I can be very particular about what I want/like. I love city living, but I am also drawn to small, beautiful, rural places! I can be a bit sassy at times, and I love getting out in the world and playing!
PHILOSOPHY
I think that it is important to live passionately and fully - open to whatever experiences come my way! I value curiosity and awareness greatly! And I think that life is a spiritual journey where we all are in pursuit of becoming more genuine versions of who we really are.
Interests
I obviously love to travel and meet new people - clearly we all do, right? But beyond that, I love being outdoors - hiking, running, biking, swimming, snowboarding, diving, etc.
I also love to listen to people's individual stories and I ask lots of questions. I find people absolutely fascinating, and I often find myself getting sucked into the interests that others are most passionate about. Passion sells me on pretty much anything!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Too many to list here, but some highlights - being out on a local fisherman's boat at sunset off the coast of Calabria in Italy; hiking the Inca Trail in Peru (especially the third day); hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania; backcountry hiking in Iceland; walking 10Km on the Great Wall by myself in the middle of a very hot summer afternoon; learning to SCUBA dive on Zanzibar.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can talk/teach about a lot of things - American history, government and legal tradition, American football (my sport obsession), living in Southern California, traveling experiences (as I am sure we all can), nutrition and health, pop culture, etc.
As for skills, I am a pretty good swimmer, road biker, sometimes triathlete. I can ice skate fairly well and could teach some about that. I also like to eat healthy and have some tips about that. I also do yoga, but I am probably not qualified to teach much about it.
