I love to get out once in while, to go traveling, hitchhiking and couchsurfing, to abandon my environment that is so safe and well-known to me. I try to learn from these experiences, but as well just want to make fun and enjoy all the new that traveling brings!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really like how CS helps me to get out once in a while, to go traveling, hitchhiking and couchsurfing. I've had great hosts who've shown me their hometown through the local's eyes and not the tourists'. I think CS pushes you in situations, places, parties, whatever of which I would never have thought of before, and that why it beats hostels by miles!

When I host, I really like to get to know the other persons. It is great if we can just hang out together, step out of our 'polite' host/guest roles and simply have a good time together!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a few times, and surfed a couple of times as well. I did a round trip in the US for a month, where I only spent 3 nights in hostels, which was perfect!

My experiences have always been very good, and I really want to do this more often. I'm dying to see more of the rest of the world!
