About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

My 25 years have drawn out a love of the good things in life... Cheese, Women and Wine. Bicycles, Trees, and Dirt. I am a silly and hopeless romantic.

PHILOSOPHY

Bruce Lee says, "It is like a finger pointing away to the moon. If you look at the finger, you will miss all that heavenly glory." Hey says, "Don't think. Feel.

Interests

I love food. Cheese and pie and wine are up on the list. I'm drawn to music and musicians. I play the drums and the guitar and I love to dance and sing. I endeavor to learn as much as I can about plants. I like crafts and art and making things from beer to sun dresses to fishing line made out of tree fiber. I could go on and on. What's not interesting?

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movies are Amelie, Ghost in the Shell, Snake in Eagle Shadow, and Rob Roy.
Music... ah music... Love it all. from funk for dancing to folk for singing.
I mostly enjoy reading nonfiction. How to books and encyclopedic type books. To learn chinese face reading or identify birds or study the nutritional value of a potato.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once saw the Full Harvest Moon fall to the risng sun over the fields of Alberta at 180 degrees. I swear, as the sun came over the horizon, it's light struck the moon, and the moon turned crimson. The crimson poored out of the moon and into the sky like it was shot and bleeding into the world. I think it might be the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can make a mean dish of beans and rice. Or a killer pie. Strawberry rhubarb is my favorite. I know how to skin a possom with an obsidian flake, and how to make a killer salve out of herbs.
