COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

An aunt I had no idea even existed found me and invited me on a trip to travel the california coast, immediately. Luckily I agreed, she introduced me to couch surfing, we stayed with a couple of other wonderfully hospitable CS members in Santa Barbara, and just had a fun, adventurous time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Accidentally visiting La Paz, Bolivia on the very day that Evo Morales was to be sworn in(just blocks away )as el presidente. There were crazed celebrations and definite night bombings.

Also having a cop, very luckily and very unpromptedly, give my friend and i a 20 mile ride back into LA after we got stranded in the middle orange county after a ska show. That just does not happen in that town or very many others. sheesh probably saved us $200 and we didn't even have to get arrested.
