Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have friends all over the world and many of them come to visit me in my beautiful city. I am always happy to share my home. I believe in people and that all of us are fundamentally good people, who wish to create a better world. I like Couchsurfing because it teaches us that life is about connecting to each other - to break fear, boarders and simply connect as friends. I believe in kindness and empathy. When I invite you to my home, I am sharing my life with you and I would like to create an experience for you that will be memorable during your travels.

I discovered myself through travelling. I was born in Russia. My mother is German and my dad is Russian and they decided to move to Germany when I was 12 years old. Due to the big move from Russia to Germany, I gained more understanding of different cultures. I became very curious to learn more and in depth about the different mindsets; so, right after university I took a job as a journalist and lived in many countries all over the world. I stayed in each country for 3 to 6 months and learned about different cultures. This experience truly opened my mind and now I would like to share my home, so I can give this beautiful experience back to YOU! Live is about creating magical moments and inspiring people!
