I have always followed my heart and not a particular career path. I seek to create decentralized food systems based on local and regional food. I want to connect producers with consumers and create community through food. I have lived in Berkeley, California, in Brooklyn, New York, in Salzburg, Austria. I am currently living in an eco village 50 km northeast of Berlin near the Polish boarder.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently learning more about permaculture with is the reason for my trip to Austria in June. I am will participate in the program run by the Permakultur-Akademie im Alpenraum. I plan to visit farms throughout Austria, Switzerland, Southern Germany as well as Italy.
