Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of getting to know people from all over the world and sharing experiences with them, rather than sleeping in a hotelroom and doing only tipical touristy stuff. Also I want to show my hosts special places in my hometown, where they might not have gone without knowing a local!
