Overview
About Me
Hey, I'm Julia and I am currently studying English and French to become a teacher and I hope that by doing so I'm going to make at least a tiny little impact on the world.
Moreover, I'm a twin, which means I have potentially two identities ;) Just kidding, but my sister and I do share our passion for music, climbing and travelling.
Crazy, happy and open-minded student/climber/hitchhiker/friend/piano and ukulele-player would probably be the best defintion of myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that while travelling it is most authentic to stay with locals in order to really dive in to a new culture. Moreover, I think that happiness is best when shared with others and I really appreciate the function of couchsurfing to connect really quickly with new people.
Interests
I live for any kind of activity in nature: climbing, hiking, camping, swmming, yoga and all of this is even more enoyable with a decent tune of music by the camp fire. which is why I love to play my ukulele and piano.
De plus, I love new and different languages, good books ans concerts.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book would be "To Kill A Mockingbird" by Harper Lee and as probably anyone on this planet I am an absolute Harry Potter Fan. Meet me on Platform 9 3/4 ;)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I grow with every experience but the 170km hiking trip across La Réunion island is definetely on that list.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to teach you some Ukuele playing and some German. Moreover, I could give you some climbing coaching, as I am a youth leader and coach myself.
