About Me

From Innsbruck to Ohio: Embracing Dual CulturesBorn and raised amidst the stunning vistas of Innsbruck, Austria, I developed an unwavering love for nature from an early age. The majestic mountains and serene landscapes provided the perfect backdrop for my childhood adventures. Exploring the outdoors became not just a pastime but a way of life for me.Innsbruck, with its rich culture and vibrant community, shaped my worldview and instilled in me a deep appreciation for tradition and heritage. Whether it was skiing down the slopes in winter or hiking through alpine meadows in summer, every season brought its own set of enchanting experiences. However, life took a turn when I moved to the United States, specifically to Ohio, seven years ago. Despite the stark contrast in landscapes, from the towering Alps to the sprawling plains of the Midwest, I found solace in the familiarity of both cultures.Adapting to life in Ohio wasn't without its challenges, but the warmth and hospitality of the people here quickly made me feel at home. While I may not have the Alps at my doorstep anymore, the lush greenery and tranquil lakes of Ohio offer their own unique charm and opportunities for outdoor recreation.Living between two worlds has been a remarkable blessing, allowing me to embrace the best of both Austrian and American cultures. From celebrating Oktoberfest with traditional Austrian fare to indulging in Fourth of July barbecues, I've come to cherish the diversity of experiences that enrich my life.Though I may be far from the mountains of my childhood, the memories and values instilled in me in Innsbruck continue to guide me, reminding me to always seek adventure and appreciate the beauty of nature, wherever I may be. As I continue to navigate the crossroads of cultures, I am grateful for the enriching journey that has shaped me into the person I am today.
