About Me
Hi everyone ! I am Julia.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like to stay with people to share experiences and enjoy time together. I think couchsurfing is an options to make friends out of strangers.
Interests
I like to do craft works so I taught myself how to make soap out of different oils. I like to prepare something myself so it doesn´t stay only with soaps, lately I made some jam and juice and my mind is full of ideas what I still need to do this summer. My next goal and project will be to learn how to sew. My first attempt was to make a skirt out of an old bedsheet. It doesn´t look very amazing but hey it´s still wearable.
I like to go everywhere with my beautiful bike, sometimes as well walking is good to keep the mind free.
- traveling
- soapmaking
Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite movie is The secret life of Walter Mitty. In general I like a lot of movies and I´m sure there are still a lot for me to discover! I like rock, indie, and from time to time a bit of reggae :) Anyway i also listen to other kinds of music
In the end there are the books, and that´s really hard to choose ! I like the alchimist (at least it´s a book i read several times, and of course it´s about travelling) about other books I like we could talk by a cup of tea :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I experienced and I am still doing is being a volunteer. To help someone without having money standing between you two individuals is an amazing feeling that i dont want to miss!
Teach, Learn, Share
Lately I learned how to juggle, I do some orgiami and I can share stories from Austria and my life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
You can meet a new person and have good talks ! As well I can show you how to play an austrian card game I am crazy about!
