About Me
Curious soul. Seeker. Small woman in a huge, wild, beautiful world.
Life is loved in all its messy, tender, strange beauty. Slow cooking with music, stories, and whatever is in the fridge — food as warmth, care, and quiet joy.
Healing is a big part of the path: exploring PTSD, C-PTSD, and holistic ways of regulating the nervous system — through body, breath, movement, touch, and presence.
Yoga is taught where movement meets the philosophy of wholeness — not about perfect poses, but about feeling alive, grounded, and at home in yourself.
Travel is about people, not checklists. Cultures are explored through ancient roots and living traditions: old songs, forgotten rituals, seasonal celebrations, folk dances, handmade crafts, sacred stories, and everyday magic that has been passed from heart to heart for generations.
Deep love for learning how different peoples live, love, grieve, celebrate, and heal — and for sharing these stories, customs, and symbols so they don’t disappear.
Creating warm, safe spaces where people can meet through culture, creativity, movement, food, and storytelling matters deeply. Retreats, gatherings, and simple human meetings are part of this work.
Nature is a teacher too — mountains, forests, ocean wind, early light, silence where something important always reveals itself.
Depth and lightness live side by side: long talks, quiet moments, playful mornings, honest feelings, and simple presence.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing for me is about finding my people in a big, diverse world.
Not just a place to sleep — but a place to meet souls who feel familiar.
People with whom it’s easy, safe, warm, and real.
It’s about finding those with whom life can be co-created — through talks, food, silence, laughter, walks, ideas, and simple everyday magic.
To meet, to feel, to connect — and to build a little more love in this big world, together.

What I Can Share with Hosts
Warm presence and real connection.
Deep talks and light laughter.
Respect for your space, your rhythms, and your home.
I can cook — simple, soulful food from the heart.
I can share yoga, breath, gentle movement, and moments of calm.
I can listen — truly listen, without rushing, without fixing.
I can bring stories from the road, from different cultures, from old traditions and new lives.
Songs, little rituals, shared silence, creative moments, and everyday magic.
I can help around the house, move slowly, be kind, and leave your space lighter than I found it.
Not as a “perfect guest,” but as a real human — present, grateful, and open.
