About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Renovating my flat and filling it with plants, mastering mixology and learning portuguese.

ABOUT ME

Hi I'm an architect from Paris. I grew up in South of France by the ocean so I'm always drawn to the seaside. My interests go from architecture, philosophy and cocktail bars, to cooking and baking, reading tons of books, hiking and road trips. When not working, probably somewhere traveling, mostly in Europe and North America, hopefully soon in Asia. I love couchsurfing for all the random and amazing encounters you make through this community. It's such a nice way to meet locals and expats when traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Always amazing experiences, lots of nice memories! Still in touch with most people I met while traveling around.
I hosted a few csurfers in Portugal where I lived for over 2 years.
I just moved back to Paris with my girlfriend (here is her profile https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/monikaapcinikovaite). If you're looking for a place to crash, please feel free to send a message! It's easier for us to accept last minute request or at most 2-3 weeks before your arrival.

Music, Movies, and Books

Depends on the mood.. Music crush lately https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95Afq9zhx3E
Current readings : The Brothers Karamazov, The Sorrows of Young Werther...
Watching more documentaries than movies, mainly about philosophy, geopolitical issues, history, medicine, etc. Absolutely loved the movies A Single Man, Nocturnal Animals and Lobster though.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess I can teach how to make crepes (classic for a french), get lost, play darts while drunk, write twisted french poetry, make homemade cookie dough ice-cream, take pictures of the clouds..

Also share some stupid tips as where to find the best burgers, cocktails and breakfasts in a bunch of cities, and some nice spots to watch the sunset..
