ABOUT ME

I'm a vegetarian who loves the outdoors and meeting new people. When I'm not studying I'm volunteering at local schools to tutor elementary school kids and playing pick up soccer. I'm a premed student who wants to join the ranks of Drs Without Borders and provide medical care around the world, but for now I'd just like to see the world.

Interests

I love backpacking and hiking, playing soccer and Quidditch (the harry potter sport with muggle rules), planning events on campus, going to the beach (I was an ocean lifeguard for several years), volunteering with kids, and assisting in the administration of psychology studies on campus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering on a medical service brigade in Nicaragua, I met locals there that have touched my heart. they have inspired me to shoot for my dreams and take advantage of every opportunity.

I jumped off of a bridge into the river 30 ft below, so exhilarating. I hope to get to do some cliff diving while I'm in Greece this summer.
