About Me

I'm Julia, but I got so many different nicknames: Juli, Jule, Julie, Jules, Giulia, Juliette, Tschuli, Julchen...be creative;)

I got almost 20years old and I'll start studying in September 16.
I'm actually having my gap-year since last summer when I got graduated in Highschool.

I raised up and I'm still living with my parents in a nice appartment. My older brother and eldest sister moved allready out and are studying aswell. :)
I never had pets but I really love animals and almost every pet of my friends:)
I'm playing Volleyball for years and like mostly any type of sports.

From May to August 2016 I'm travelling for 3 months first to the Western part and then to the Eastside of Canada.
So, thats why I decided to get a Couchsurfer-profile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I know some friends in my hometown who are Couch surfers aswell and thanks to them I could already meet some surfers who stayed at my friends home...it was always such a pleasure.:)

I'd like to meet the real citizens of every place I'd like to travel to. And get to know all cities, towns, countryside from an authentic point of view, to hear the special stories about the people and the life there. So thats why I'm looking for a cozy couch instead of an expensive snobby Hotel room, odd sightseeing tours ect...
I'm openminded and would love to share the most of my travel-experiences with anybody I meet while travelling and exploring cities like Vancouver for now.
I'm looking for people who want to share their time with me aswell, or at least can give me helpfull advices where to go in their hometown, so that hopefully both ones can profit during the stay.

To me I think couch surfing is probably the best way to explore unknown places.
And of course my home is open to everybody who appreciates this way of travelling.
