About Me

Hi!
I'm a language student. So it's easy to conclude that I deal with languages. And it's natural that I'm absolutely fond of travelling. My dream is to visit as many countries of the world as possible. And I hope that I'll fulfill this dream of mine.
I'm not sure whether it's true or not, but I consider myself to be active, energetic, tolerant, receptive to new ideas, outgoing and sociable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to see the country is to meet and get to know people who live there.
So it gives the opportunity to see a real picture of the world and not a distorted one.

Music, Movies, and Books

It seems to me that I like alternative rock and classical music, a bit of blues and jazz
My favourite films are Inception, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, the Schindler's list and some more
The books I love most of all are "Gone with the wind" by Mitchell, "The Master and Margarita" by Bulgakov, and "Каласы пад сярпом тваім" by Karatkevich. "1984" by Orwell impressed me greatly as well as "451 Fahrenheit" by Bradbury and "We" by Zamyatin. But this list is incomplete as well, as I haven't read a lot of great books that may become my favourite one day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sunrise in Budapest after a sleepless night and a 12-kilometer walk that day
20's birthday in Prague

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Belarusian . You'll find it a really beautiful language, and it really is beautiful. Also I can teach you how to cook a traditional Belarusian dish - Draniki
I want to learn something in other languages, and get to know the culture (something really conspicuous )

What I Can Share with Hosts

My town is not very popular with tourists and I don't spend much time here now, so I can share your company in Minsk. I can show you some popular touristic places and not quite so. I can just talk to you if you feel lonely or moody and try to lift you spirits)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Sweden, Ukraine

Countries I’ve Lived In
