Hello!

My name is Julia, and I am an adventurous and spontaneous university student, who loves traveling. I have a love for nature and the outdoors, and I am outside any chance I get. Previously I was living and working in Banff national park, and was there from August 2022 to July 2023. I moved to Banff because of the beautiful nature, and because it aligns with my hobbies. Currently I am living and working in Tofino BC, where I am learning how to surf. In my free time, I tend to snowboard, hike, backpack, rock climb, and read. I am also very passionate about photography, and take my camera everywhere I go. I even hope to possibly turn photography into a career one day. I speak two languages, English and Polish, and hope to learn Spanish one day.
I love slow travel, it allows me to meet amazing people, some of whom I still talk to years later. It also allows me to explore in the ways a local does, which I find is the best part. There's nothing like finding a hidden gem that I never would have known about without meeting locals.

I can never pick a favourite genre of anything!! When I tell you I like everything I mean it. I listen to classic music to heavier rock, love to read non fiction and fiction, and have a different favourite movie every week. Currently it’s Minari.
