Hey hey hey! I'm Julia, a college student from South Korea in the United States. I'm doing a WWOOF/workaway trip on a farm near Akureyri in June/July, but I have a couple free days before/after my stay to explore other parts of the country.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Budget+desire to travel+meet people so couchsurfing seemed like an awesome place to look! I have 8 years communal living experience[boarding school+college] so I will be a considerate guest in your home. I want to learn about local people to have a more genuine experience in Iceland, and just to have a great time with generous people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer, my sister and I planned a backpacking trip to Jeju Island, which is like South Korea's Hawaii. Seeing a different part of my own country in a more free way instead of going to a hotel like when we were little, and getting to see the beautiful countryside and sights with my sister was awesome and special and a true memory.
