Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to meet some interesting people, visit other countries and cities and see there something more than I can find in guides. I'd also love to improve my english and spanish

Interests

As I love sports I've been trying many different ones such as horse riding, skateboarding or ice skating and I keep looking for some fun activities.
I'm currently into rock climbing, cycling and sailing.
I love art as well. I used to paint and sketch a lot, now I do it from time to time but it still gives a lot of satisfaction :)
I've been traveling with backpack and sleeping in a tent since I was a little kid and I really enjoy it.
I find analog photography very fascinating and I love to spend looong hours in the darkroom

Music, Movies, and Books

I've recently fallen in love with Tove Jansson stories (author of Moomins).
Generally I like very much impressionism in art (but who doesn't) and surrealism.
I'm a big Salvador Dali an Pedro Almodovar fan.
I don't have a favorite type of music, I pretty much enjoy all types, especially disco hits from 80s.
Horrors! In my opinion Shining is a masterpiece (Stanley Kubrick's movie as well as Stephen King's novel)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

With my 6 friends we gained 4th place in World Finals of creativity contest Odyssey of the Mind in 2012! It has been a wonderful adventure- we met amazing people, made friends, visited really cool places in USA :))

I've been climbing on frozen waterfalls :o
