👋👋👋 Hello, my name is Julia :)
Well there is not alot to say really, basically just an ordinary 19 year old from sweden travelling for a bit to find out what I want to be "when I grow up". I'm new to the whole couchsurfing thing so bare with me while I try to get a hang of things.

I spent 3 years living in Perth, Australia, with my family which was an amazing experience. Then a couple of years later I moved to Kenya by my self and lived there for a year.

As you can probably guess dogs are my biggest passion. Believe it or not but I actually have a couple of other interests!

Traveling is of course one of my top interests but maybe that goes without saying?!

I love yoga and I've been practicing on and off since I was 8. I also held classes for kids for 2 years which was super fun.

I love the outdoors and basically anything to do with nature (except insects, can't handle them). I've climbed to the top of mount Kenya which is one of the coolest and most horrible things I've done.

Usually spend the winter season skiing in Norway with my family!

FOOD ❤️❤️❤️ must be vegetarian though

Lastly I would say that the environment is one of my biggest interest. We have to take this question seriously and live a sustainable lifestyle.

Music: definitely an amazing group from sweden called Bo Kaspers orkester.

Movies: this is a hard one but definitely forest gump and basically any animated kids movies haha

Books: I really like any books that talk about climate change, the food industry and other important issues.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was able to travel to Rwanda where we went for a trek in the jungle and saw wild mountain gorillas!!!!!! 🐒(there weren't any gorilla emojis so the monkey will have to do for now). It was soooo amazing, we got really close to a silverback who farted every 5 min.
